Travel
Earners are responsible for booking their flights. Please plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Plexus will provide round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort during the official program dates. You will be required to enter your flight information during registration. Please note that if you plan to arrive before February 23, 2026, or depart after February 26, 2026, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
An exception applies to Tier 5 Contest Winners, who receive a complimentary pre-night at the resort. If you are a Tier 5 Winner and plan to arrive on February 22, 2026, Plexus will provide transportation to the resort on that date.
If your flight details change after you have registered, it is essential that you edit your registration or email your updated information to events@plexusworldwide.com to ensure there are no disruptions to your transportation arrangements.
If you earn Tier 4 in the Rising Leaders Contest, you will receive a $500 flight stipend following your attendance at the event. This stipend will be issued to your Plexus Wallet in your Back Office in March 2026.
Everyone traveling to Cancun must have a Passport, and it must not expire within 6 months of Rising Leaders Retreat dates and must be valid at least until August 28, 2026.

Rising Leaders Retreat earners will receive a congratulatory email containing a personalized registration link. This link is unique to each earner and must be used to complete your registration by January 19, 2026 in order to secure your spot at the event. If you need your registration link resent, please contact us at events@plexusworldwide.com.
Plexus will cover your resort stay for you and one guest, with check-in on February 23, 2026, and check-out on February 26, 2026. If you wish to add additional guests to your room (up to a maximum of four (4) guests total, regardless of age), you may do so during the registration process. Please note that an additional nightly fee will apply for each guest over the age of three.
Tier 5 Contest Winners will receive a complimentary pre-night stay for themselves and one guest as part of their prize, with check-in on February 22, 2026. If you are a Tier 5 winner, and you are bringing more than one guest, you will be responsible to pay for your additional guest(s) for each night (February 22 - 25, 2026). As a Tier 5 Contest Winner, you will also earn $1,000.00 USD, which will be paid to your Plexus Wallet in March 2026, to your Back Office after you attend the event.
Additional Guest Charges
Each earner may bring one guest at no additional cost. If you choose to bring a third and/or fourth guest, the following fees will apply and must be paid during the registration process:
Children age 3 and under stay at no charge but are included in the total room occupancy.
Children age 4–17: $103.00 USD per child, per night
Adults age 18 and over: $256.00 USD per adult, per night
Please note that room occupancy is limited to a maximum of four (4) individuals, regardless of age. The resort will attempt to accommodate single vs. double bed preferences, but this will be based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Booking Pre- and Post-Nights
You may book pre- and post-event nights at Moon Palace before and after the event (event dates: February 23–26, 2026). As a Rising Leaders Retreat earner, Plexus will cover your accommodations on February 23, 24, and 25, with checkout on February 26. Tier 5 winners will also receive accommodation for the night of February 22.
Please note that you are responsible for booking, managing, and paying for any additional pre- or post-event nights. We encourage you to carefully review the resort’s Terms and Conditions, available on the resort reservation website.
*Important Booking Information*
The all-inclusive rates are in U.S. dollars, per room per night. Rates include food, beverages, taxes and gratuities at the Resort.
Payment:
Each attendee will be responsible for securing his/her own reservation.
Only one credit card (either MasterCard, Visa or American Express) will be accepted as payment for each reservation. Attendees will be charged the full amount of their stay at time of booking through the link.
Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges. A credit card imprint will be taken upon arrival, with full payment of individual guest accounts made prior to departure. The resort accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort. Please notify your credit card company/banking institution when traveling abroad.
Bed types and view requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check-in.
Please note that the rates for pre- and post-nights are set at the discretion of Moon Palace and are subject to change. Room types are Run of House. Upgrades may be available for purchase upon arrival or upon calling the hotel directly after booking. Room upgrades will not be covered by Plexus and costs are the financial responsibility of the individual making the booking.
The resort will make their best effort to link your pre- or post-event bookings with our event room block from February 23rd* – February 26th. However, this cannot be guaranteed and you may be asked to move to another room location or room type from February 23rd to February 26th. Our guaranteed room type during event dates is a Superior Deluxe Garden View.
*February 22nd if you are a Tier 5 earner.
Cancellations:
Free cancellation up until 4 days prior to arrival with no penalty. For cancellations, modification of travel dates made within 3 days of arrival, or no-shows, guests will be charged a one-night penalty
No refund applies if a reduction of people and/or nights in the room is requested directly at the resort.
When Booking a Room:
Do not include the event dates in your pre- or post-night reservations, as Plexus will cover your stay during those dates.
Example 1: If you plan to arrive in Cancun on February 21, 2026 book your reservation for check in on February 21 and check out on February 23. Plexus will then cover your room beginning the night of February 23.
Example 2: If you plan to extend your stay until March 1, 2026, book your reservation for check in on February 26 and check out on March 1. Plexus will cover your room through the night of February 25, with checkout on February 26.
The link for pre/post booking will be included in your registration confirmation email. You will be able to book pre/post nights until January 31, 2026.
