Qualifiers are responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Please book your flights into Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Please schedule your arrival for February 13, 2027, and your departure for February 16, 2027. Tier 4 earners should plan to arrive on February 12, 2027, to take advantage of their earned pre-night stay.
Plexus will not provide airport transportation for this event. You are responsible for arranging your own round-trip transportation between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the hotel. The drive is approximately 30 minutes each way, depending on traffic.
If you arrive at the resort during registration hours, please ask your driver to drop you off at the Convention Center Porte Cochère rather than the main hotel lobby. Hotel check-in and event registration will both take place at the Convention Center on the following dates and times:
Friday, February 12 from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday, February 13 from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
If you arrive during any time outside of registration hours, please check into the hotel at the main lobby.
Please note that hotel check-in is not until after 3pm, but you can check with the hotel upon arrival about your room being ready before 3:00 pm.

Room Occupancy:
Plexus will provide hotel accommodations for you and 1 guest for three nights with check-in on February 13, 2027, and check-out on February 16, 2027. Tier 4 earners will also get the night of February 12th covered by Plexus.
Maximum room occupancy is four (4). If you have more than 2 people in your room, the following charges will be your responsibility for the 3rd and 4th person:
Children up to age 17: there is no additional charge
Adults 18+, you will be charged $25/night/person.
You will be required to present a credit card upon check-in to cover any incidental and extra adult charges.
Arriving Early or Extending Your Stay:
If you'd like to arrive before the event or extend your visit, you may book your pre/post nights directly with the hotel.
You will be responsible for your pre/post night reservations, and you will be charged a one-night deposit when you make your reservation.
To receive a refund on your deposit, you must cancel your reservation 8 days prior to arrival. You may cancel online or by phone at (407) 939-4686. If you need to cancel within 7 days of arrival or less, you must call and cancel over the phone.
Booking an Extra Room:
If you'd like to book an additional room, you may book directly with the hotel. Additional rooms may become available when event registration opens in December 2026. Rates are variable and cannot be guaranteed.
You will be responsible for your extra room reservations, and you will be charged a one-night deposit when you make your reservation. If you book an extra room, please email us at events@plexusworldwide.com and let us know your confirmation number so that we can request that your Plexus-earned room and your extra room be assigned as close as possible. Please note that this is based on availability at the time of check-in.
