Will Spanish and French translations be available?

Yes. Spanish and French translations will be available for virtual attendees.

Will closed captioning be available for the virtual event?

Yes. Closed captioning will be available during the virtual event.

Are LAUNCH 27 tickets refundable if I am unable to attend?

No. LAUNCH 27 tickets are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my LAUNCH 27 ticket to someone else?

No. LAUNCH 27 tickets are non-transferable, and ticket name changes will not be permitted.

When will I receive my LAUNCH 27 virtual event link?

Your virtual event link will be emailed to you three days before LAUNCH 27.

What if I register but cannot attend LAUNCH 27?

No worries! Registered attendees will have access to a recording of the event for two weeks after it ends. You must be registered to access the replay.

Can I switch my registration from in-person to virtual?

Yes. If you can no longer attend in person, please email events@plexusworldwide.com to request a change to virtual attendance by December 15, 2027.

Are children allowed to attend LAUNCH 27 in person?

No. LAUNCH 27 is a business event exclusively for eligible Brand Ambassadors. Children are not permitted, and childcare will not be provided.

Is Todd Duncan speaking on both days?

Yes. Todd Duncan will lead the exclusive Leader Day intensive on Friday and make an appearance during Saturday's LAUNCH 27 Show.

Who qualifies for Leader Day?

All Brand Ambassadors who purchase a LAUNCH 27 Lead ticket are eligible to attend Friday's Leader Day intensive.

Note: Training content is designed for Ruby Brand Ambassadors and above.

Can I bring a guest to Leader Day?

No. Leader Day is exclusively for registered LAUNCH 27 Lead ticket holders. Guests are not permitted.

Is transportation provided?

Yes. Round-trip transportation from the event hotel to the Plexus Home Office will be provided for registered in-person attendees participating in Saturday's Home Office Experience.

Is lunch included?

Friday lunch is included with the LAUNCH 27 Lead ticket. Saturday lunch is included with both LAUNCH 27 Lead and LAUNCH 27 Live tickets.

Is there a discounted hotel rate?

Yes. LAUNCH 27 attendees can book rooms at Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas for $259 per night, subject to availability. 

The booking deadline is December 24, 2026.

Will the event be available to watch afterward?

Yes! All LAUNCH 27 ticket holders, regardless of ticket type, will have access to the event replay for 14 days after the event ends.

Do 2026 ICON achievers receive a complimentary ticket to LAUNCH 27?

Yes. 2026 ICON achievers will receive a unique discount code valued at $19.95, which covers the full cost of a LAUNCH 27 Virtual ticket. If you prefer to attend in person, you can apply the $19.95 discount toward the purchase of a LAUNCH 27 Live or Lead ticket.

Why is this different from the Icon event benefit previously communicated?

LAUNCH 27 is a new, Brand Ambassador-only experience with a different format and ticket structure than Super Saturday, including multiple levels of participation and additional in-person experiences. For LAUNCH 27, the Icon benefit has been structured as one $19.95 registration credit that can be applied to the ticket experience of your choice.
